Why a sign-in attempt can fail

- A caps-lock key left on, which silently breaks a password match.

Resetting a forgotten password
Password recovery runs through Gxmble's own site, not through us. We can't issue a reset link or confirm an email address on anyone's behalf, so a forgotten password is always a case for the operator directly, never for this portal.
Self-exclusion and verification holds
Gxmble allows an account to be closed temporarily or permanently through self-exclusion. If that's why sign-in isn't working, the block is intentional and there is no workaround to describe – the right next step, if gambling has become a problem, is one of the support organisations below rather than a way back in.
